Shipping & Return Policy

Transparency Notice: PurePickSupps.com provides reviews and analysis. We do not stock or ship products. The policies below are summaries of the official EndoPeak Vendor Policies for your convenience.

1. Shipping Times & Processing

According to the official site, orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• USA Domestic: 5 to 7 business days (shipped via UPS/USPS).
• International: Can take 10-15 business days (customs dependent).

Note: Shipping does not occur on weekends or USA holidays.

2. The "Empty Bottle" Guarantee (60 Days)

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have 60 days from the purchase date to return the product.

3. Return Instructions (Official Procedure)

Since we (PurePickSupps) do not process payments, you must follow the vendor's strict procedure to get your refund:

1. Request an RMA: You must contact the vendor at support@endopeak.com to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
2. Include Details: Inside the package, include your Order ID, Full Name, and the RMA number.
3. Ship it Back: The customer pays for return shipping. You must use a tracking number.

Disclaimer: Refunds are processed by the vendor typically within 3-5 business days after they receive the return. Shipping costs are usually non-refundable.
